Dwayne was born and raised in South Carolina. He and Marli were married in 2004 and have three beautiful daughters: Andi (8), Avery (5) and Amelia. As a family, they love spending time together swimming, having movie nights, going to the beach and hangin’ with family and friends. Dwayne is a huge South Carolina Gamecock and Green Bay Packer football fan. He enjoys cooking, golf, disc golf, fishing, playing guitar and drums, going to the beach and is currently on a History Channel kick.
Dwayne received God’s call to preach in July of 1994 and has been following that call since. He is a graduate of Trevecca Nazarene University (1999) and Nazarene Theological Seminary (2003). Dwayne has served in congregations in Kansas City, MO and Clarksville, TN, and is blessed to be at Center Pointe. He loves seeing people embrace their identity in Christ, and equipping others for leadership and service.
Elissa is originally from Michigan where she was born and raised. She attended Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN where she met her husband, Brandon. They were married in 2011 and love being in ministry together! They love spending time with family and friends, being creative, traveling, fishing, the beach, music, and writing songs together. Elissa graduated with a Religion/Worship degree from Trevecca in 2009 and has been in full-time ministry since. She previously served as Worship Arts Pastor in Clarksville, TN, and has now served at Center Pointe for 3 years. She loves her Center Pointe family, and is grateful to be part of what God is doing in and through His Church!
Fabiana and Javier are the Pastors of Youth & Family here at Center Pointe. They oversee TRiBE, which is comprised of middle school, high school, and young adults. They have two talented and loving boys: Alex (13) – an avid soccer player – and Leo (11) -swimmer extraordinaire. Originally from the Northeast, the Rojas’ have recently made their home in The City Beautiful (Faby is from the beautiful country of Argentina…so cool!).
They love to watch movies at home, play board games, and eat…yes, this family can eat! The boys love playing music…they got that from their dad.
Relationship with God, relationship with family, and relationship with the body is what’s important for the Rojas’. They strive to build the body through encouragement and intentional opportunities:

Ryan was born and raised in Oklahoma City. He graduated from Southern Nazarene University with a BS in Theatre and Vocal Performance. He and Melissa met in college and were married in 2008. They have two beautiful daughters, Kylie Ann and Lilly Grace. They enjoy family time, TV and movie nights, hanging out with friends and going to Disney World as much as possible. Ryan wants kids to know how much God loves them and is passionate about helping them walk with Him daily!
JV was born and raised in Illinois. He felt the call to ministry while serving in Korea representing the US Army in the Korean National Youth Organization. Upon his return to the USA, he received his graduate and doctorate degrees and pastored churches in Illinois, Oklahoma, and Tennessee. He then served as the Central Florida’s District Superintendant and National Field Director for Nazarene Disaster Response. Since his administrative retirement he continues serving in the pastoral ministry at CPC.
Megan is a Floridian and was raised in Naples. Megan moved to Orlando in 2004 for college and graduated from UCF in 2008. She and Travis were married in 2010 and have three wonderful daughters: Paige (20), Josie (18) and Reece (3). They all love to go to the beach, take the jet ski out, and hang out with family and friends. Megan enjoys anything outdoors.
Darcie is an Orlando Native. She is married to Chris and they have three children: Gracie (13), Rylie (11) and Christopher (9). They love to spend time swimming, camping and cooking out with friends. Darcie graduated from UCF in 2000.
Darcie has a true love for children and strives to get to know each and every Journey preschool family. Teaching the preschoolers about Jesus and His love for them is her passion.
